|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي في المجتمع المصري، ورصد واقع ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي، ووضع آليات تربوية لمواجهة ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي في المجتمع، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٥٠) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة الشرقية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن ظاهرة التنمر ظاهرة سلبية منتشرة بصورة كبيرة في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، ولابد من تكامل عناصر المنظومة التعليمية (إدارة مدرسية، معلم، مناهج دراسية، أخصائي اجتماعي، أخصائي نفسي) في محاربة هذه الظاهرة، وأن هناك بعض العقبات التي تقف حائلا أمام المدرسة لمواجهة ظاهرة التنمر من بينها عقبات خاصة بالأسرة والإدارة المدرسية والمعلم والأخصائي النفسي والاجتماعي ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني المختلفة، ويوجد اختلاف في رؤية المديرين والمعلمين والأخصائيين فيما يخص طرق الوقاية من ظاهرة التنمر لدى التلاميذ وعليه وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدارسة تم وضع آليات مقترحة لمواجهة ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي.
|b The study aimed to identify the nature of the phenomenon of school bullying in Egyptian society, monitor the reality of the phenomenon of bullying from the point of view of teachers, and develop educational mechanisms and educational procedures to confront the phenomenon of school bullying. The study relied on the descriptive approach. The study relied on (250) middle school teachers in Sharkia Governorate. The study results were that the phenomenon of bullying is a negative phenomenon that is widespread in the educational stages and the elements of the system must be integrated; educational, there are some obstacles that stand in the way of the school confronting the phenomenon of bullying, including obstacles specific to the family, school administration, teacher, psychologist, social worker, and various civil society institutions, and there is a difference in the vision of principals, teachers, and specialists regarding ways to prevent the phenomenon of bullying among students. Accordingly, in light of the results of the study, proposed mechanisms were developed to confront the phenomenon of bullying.
