|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان أهم القيم الوطنية المدرجة في المناهج الدراسية القائمة على المرجعيات الأساسية التي تحدد غايات ومرامي المدرسة الجزائرية والمنبثقة أساسا من الدستور والمستوحاة من فلسفة المجتمع وثقافته، هذه المرجعيات المتمثلة أساسا في: القانون التوجيهي للتربية الوطنية 08/04 المؤرخ في 23 يناير 2008، والمرجعية العامة للمناهج لسنة 2009، والدليل المنهجي لإعداد المناهج لسنة 2009. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن المناهج الدراسية لمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي قد احتوت في مضامينها على أهم القيم والمواقف ذات البعد الوطني والعالمي، والتي تعكس أصالة المواطن الجزائري العربي المسلم الفخور بحضارته وتاريخه، وتعزز انتمائه الحضاري في بعده العالمي. غير أن الترجمة الفعلية لهذه القيم على مستوى الكتاب المدرسي لا تعكس الصورة الحقيقية لتلك القيم ولا تحقق المراد لها.
|b The study aims to demonstrate the most important national values included in the program based on the basic references that define the aims and objectives of the Algerian school, derived mainly from the Constitution and inspired by the philosophy and culture of the society. These terms of reference are mainly the National Education Directive Law 08/04 of January 23, 2008, the General Curriculum Reference for 2009 and the Methodological Guide to Curriculum Development for 2009. The study found that primary school curricula contained the most important values and attitudes of a national and global dimension, reflecting the authenticity of the Algerian Arab Muslim citizen proud of his civilization and history. It promotes Its civilized belonging in its global dimension. However, the actual translation of these values in the textbook does not reflect the true image of these values and does not achieve what they are intended for.
