|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مفهوم مجتمعات التعلم ومفهومها وأهدافها وخصائصها ومبادئها الرئيسة وأهمية تطبيقها بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في مصر، كما يكشف هذا البحث عن طرق تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم بمدارس التعليم الأساسي والخطوات الأساسية لبنائها وتأسيسها، وذلك لتطوير وتحسين الأداء الأكاديمي والفني والمادي بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، ثم تحديد بعض المعوقات والعقبات التي تقف عائقا أمام تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في مصر. وقد اعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، حيث يهتم هذا المنهج بتقصي الظواهر المجتمعية والتربوية ووصفها وتحليلها وتفسير نتائجها، وقد استخدم هذا البحث الاستبانة التي تم تطبيقها بمحافظات القاهرة والجيزة والمنيا وسوهاج، وتم توجيهها إلى معلمي التعليم الأساسي بحلقتيه الابتدائية والإعدادية للكشف عن أهمية تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم وذلك لأنهم الركن الرئيس في تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم بالمدارس، وقد كشف البحث عن وجود العديد من المعوقات والعقبات التي تعوق عملية تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في مصر والتي تنوعت بين معوقات بشرية، وتنظيمية، ومادية، وثقافية، وإيجاد مقترحات لحلها، كما قدم البحث بعض المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق وبناء مجتمعات التعلم بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في مصر.
|b The objective of this research is to acquire knowledge about the learning communities, their perspectives, goals, characteristics, basic principles and the importance of applying of learning communities in basic education schools in Egypt. It also exposes the approaches of applying of learning communities in basic education schools in Egypt and the main procedures for its construction and establishment. That’s all is for the development and improvement of physical, technical and achademic performance. Then it highlighted the obstacles that hinder the applying of learning communities in basic education schools in Egypt. It depends on the descriptive approach because it matches the nature of the research. Since this research traces the social and educational phenomena and the description, analyzing, and paraphrasing of its results. The research made use of the survey applied in Cairo, Giza, Minia and sohag. Then they have been directed to the teachers of basic education 2 phases: primary and preparatory to find out the importance of applying of learning communities in basic education schools. This research was able to expose the existence of many obstacles that hinders the applying of learning communities in basic education schools in Egypt which varies among human, organizational, physical and cultural obstacles.it also found suggestion to overcome them. The research also provided the requirements needed to apply learning communities in basic education schools in Egypt
