المستخلص: سعى البحث الراهن إلى التعرف على تصورات الشباب نحو فرص ومخاطر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. لذا حاول البحث تحديد مستوى معرفة الشباب الجامعي بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والكشف عن رؤى الشباب الجامعي لفرص تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وكذلك الوقوف على طبيعة مخاطر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي من وجهة نظر الشباب الجامعي. وقد اعتمد البحث على الأسلوب الوصفي وطريقة المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة مستندا على أداة المقياس لجمع البيانات، وقد بلغ عدد مفردات العينة 513 مفردة من طلاب جامعة عين شمس. كشفت الدراسة الميدانية عن ارتفاع مستوى معرفة الشباب الجامعي بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته، من حيث عمل تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على ترجمة اللغات بسرعة فائقة، ودور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في صناعة المحتوى والصورة والحديث، واستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الروبوتات في المجالات الطبية والزراعية والصناعية، وقيام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بتكوين شخصيات رقمية بشكل بشري، وفهم معنى كلمة الخوارزميات. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية ارتفاع مستوى إدراك الشباب الجامعي بفرص تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة ودقة المنتجات والخدمات، وإيجاد حلول تقنية جديدة للمشكلات المعقدة ودورها في زيادة الإنتاجية والكفاءة في العمليات الصناعية والخدمية، والتعلم والتطوير الذاتي، وزيادة التثقيف بين الأفراد حول طبيعة الاستخدام، ومساهمة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز الابتكار والإبداع وطرح أفكار جديدة، ووجود آليات للتفاعل والتواصل بين مستخدمي ومطوري تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتوظيف الأمثل للقدرات والموارد، والمشاركة في صناعة المحتويات والقرارات. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن ارتفاع مستوى إدراك الشباب بمخاطر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتي تمثلت في زيادة البطالة والتأثير على سوق العمل؛ بسبب أتمة الوظائف، وعدم المساواة في الوصول إلى الوظائف والخدمات، وإنتاج وتزييف محتويات ومقاطع سمعية وبصرية باستخدام ال Deepfake، وزيادة المعلومات المغلوطة والأخبار الزائفة، وعدم اليقين بشأن بيانات ومعلومات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، وغياب الشفافية حول استخدام البيانات والمعلومات لفهم كيفية اتخاذ القرارات، والتحيز الخوارزمي والتمييز ضد مجموعات أو أفكار محددة، والمراقبة والتتبع وانتهاك الخصوصية، واستخدام الأسلحة ذاتية التشغيل في الحروب.

The current research sought to identify young people's perceptions of the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence applications. Therefore, the research attempted to determine the level of university youth's knowledge of artificial intelligence applications, and to reveal university youth's visions of the opportunities for artificial intelligence applications, as well as to determine the nature of the risks of artificial intelligence applications from the perspective of university youth. The research relied on the descriptive method and the social sample survey method based on the scale tool to collect data. The sample number reached 513 individuals from Ain Shams University students. The field study revealed a high level of university youth's knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications, in terms of the work of artificial intelligence applications to translate languages very quickly, the role of artificial intelligence applications in creating content, images and speech, the use of artificial intelligence applications and robots in the medical, agricultural and industrial fields, and the emergence of artificial intelligence applications. By creating digital characters in human form, and understanding the meaning of the word algorithms. The results of the field study showed a high level of awareness among Egyptian university youth about the opportunities for artificial intelligence applications in improving the quality and accuracy of products and services, finding new technical solutions to complex problems and its role in increasing productivity and efficiency in industrial and service processes, learning and self-development, increasing education among individuals about the nature of use, and its contribution. Applications of artificial intelligence in enhancing innovation and creativity and presenting new ideas. The existence of mechanisms for interaction and communication between users and developers of artificial intelligence applications, optimal employment of capabilities and resources, and participation in making content and decisions. The results of the study also revealed a high level of youth awareness of the risks of artificial intelligence applications, which were represented by an increase in unemployment and the impact on the labor market due to the automation of jobs, unequal access to jobs and services, the production and falsification of content and audio-visual clips using deepfake, and an increase in misinformation and fake news. Uncertainty about generative Al data and information, lack of transparency around the use of data and information to understand how decisions are made, algorithmic bias and discrimination against specific groups or ideas, surveillance, tracking, invasion of privacy, and the use of autonomous weapons in wars.
