|a تعرف الإدارة الإلكترونية بأنها: "استخدام البيانات والمعلومات المتكاملة في توجيه سياسات وإجراءات عمل المنظمة بغرض تحقيق أهدافها وتوفير المرونة اللازمة للاستجابة للتغيرات المتلاحقة، ويركز على توجيه أهداف المنظمة نحو تحقيق أهدافها من خلال الإنترنت، وهدفت الدراسة التعرف على ضرورة استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية بالتعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الفيوم لما لها من دور فعال في التصدي للتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية لإدارة التعليم الثانوي العام، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يتفق وطبيعة موضوع الدراسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في محاور استبانة حول واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية بالتعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الفيوم من حيث (متغير المؤهل وسنوات الخبرة).
|b Electronic management is defined as: "the use of integrated data and information to direct the organization's work policies and procedures for the purpose of achieving its objectives and providing the necessary flexibility to respond to successive changes. It focuses on directing the organization's objectives towards achieving its goals through the Internet.". The study aimed to identify the necessity of using electronic management in general secondary education in Fayoum Governorate because of its effective role in confronting internal and external changes in the management of general secondary education. The study used the descriptive approach that is consistent with the nature of the subject of the study, and the results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the axes of the questionnaire about the reality of electronic administration in general secondary education in Fayoum Governorate in terms of (the variable of qualification and years of experience).
