مشكلة البحث: تحددت مشكلة البحث الحالي في الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: - ما الإطار الفكري لتدويل التعليم كمدخل لتطوير معلمة الطفولة المبكرة في مصر؟ - ما أدوار معلمة الطفولة المبكرة التي تتناسب مع متطلبات العصر الرقمي؟ - ما أهم ملامح استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة في مصر 2030 وعلاقتها بتطوير معلمة الطفولة المبكرة؟ - ما مدى الاتفاق حول آليات تطوير معلمات الطفولة المبكرة قبل وأثناء الخدمة من وجهة نظرهن؟ - ما الرؤية المستقبلية لتطوير معلمة الطفولة المبكرة بما ينسجم مع نتائج تدويل التعليم ومتطلبات العصر الرقمي لتحقيق أهداف استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة 2030؟ أهداف البحث: استهدف البحث الحالي التوصل لرؤية مستقبلية لتطوير معلمة الطفولة المبكرة، بحيث تنسجم تلك الرؤية مع نتائج تدويل التعليم وأدوار المعلمة وفقاً لمتطلبات العصر الرقمي ومن ثم تحقيق أهداف استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة في مصر 2030. حدود البحث: - حدود موضوعية: تمثلت في تطوير معلمة الطفولة المبكرة وفقاً لنتائج تدويل التعليم وأدوار المعلمة المستحدثة في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي لتحقيق أهداف استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة في مصر 2030. - حدود زمانية: تم تطبيق أداة البحث الحالي خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول العام الدراسي 2023/ 2024. - حدود مكانية: تم تطبيق أداة البحث في محافظات: (القاهرة، البحيرة، الإسكندرية، الدقهلية، الإسماعيلية، جنوب سيناء، الفيوم، المنيا، قنا). - حدود بشرية: تم تطبيق أداة البحث على عينة ممثلة من معلمات الطفولة المبكرة بالروضات الرسمية بجمهورية مصر العربية. منهج البحث: استخدم الباحث "المنهج الوصفي" باعتباره الأكثر ملاءمة لمشكلة البحث. نتائج البحث: توافق معلمات الطفولة المبكرة بدرجة كبيرة حول آليات تطوير: - سياسات القبول الحالية بالجامعات المصرية. - برامج الإعداد الجامعي قبل الخدمة. - نظام تعيين وترخيص معلمة الطفولة المبكرة لمزاولة المهنة. - نظام حوافز وظيفية فعال يرفع المكانة المهنية لمعلمة الطفولة المبكرة. - نظام التنمية المهنية لمعلمة الطفولة المبكرة أثناء الخدمة. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج وكذا نتائج الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة، تم وضع رؤية مستقبلية لتطوير معلمة الطفولة المبكرة، بحيث تنسجم تلك الرؤية مع نتائج تدويل التعليم وأدوار المعلمة وفقاً لمتطلبات العصر الرقمي ومن ثم تحقيق أهداف استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة في مصر 2030.
Research problem: The problem of the current research was determined by answering the following questions: - What is the intellectual framework for the internationalization of education as an Approach for early childhood teacher development in Egypt? - What are the early childhood teacher's roles which fit the demands of the digital age? - What are the most important features of Egypt's sustainable development strategy 2030 and its relationship to early childhood teacher development? - What is the extent of agreement on the mechanisms for developing early childhood teachers before and inservice from their point of view? - What is the future vision for developing early childhood teachers in line with the results of the internationalization of education and the requirements of the digital age to achieve the goals of the 2030 Sustainable Development Strategy? Research objectives: The current research aimed to reach a future vision for developing the early childhood teacher, so that this vision is consistent with the results of the internationalization of education and the roles of the teacher in accordance with the requirements of the digital age and thus achieving the goals of the Sustainable Development Strategy in Egypt 2030. Research Limits: - Objective limits: represented by the development of the early childhood teacher according to the results of the internationalization of education and the new teacher roles in light of the requirements of the digital age to achieve the goals of the Sustainable Development Strategy in Egypt 2030. - Time limits: The current research tool was applied during the first semester of the academic year 2023/ 2024. - Spatial limits: The research tool was applied in the governorates of: (Cairo, Beheira, Alexandria, Dakahlia, Ismailia, South Sinai, Fayoum, Minya, and Qena). - Human limits: The research tool was applied to a representative sample of early childhood teachers in public kindergartens in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Research Methodology: The researcher used the "descriptive method” as the most appropriate method to the research problem. Research results: Early childhood teachers agree to a high degree on the mechanisms for developing: - The current admission policies in Egyptian universities. - The pre-service university preparation programs. - The system for appointing and licensing early childhood teachers to practice the profession. - An effective job incentive system that raises the professional status of early childhood teachers. - A Professional development system for in-service early childhood teachers. In light of these results, as well as the results of previous relevant studies, a future vision for developing the early childhood teacher was developed, so that this vision is consistent with the results of the internationalization of education and the roles of the teacher in accordance with the requirements of the digital age and thus achieving the goals of the Sustainable Development Strategy in Egypt 2030.
