|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري الذي يحكم مدخل القيادة الديناميكية، مفهومها، وخصائصها، ودور مدخل القيادة الديناميكية في تجويد الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في مصر، والإطار النظري الذي يحكم تجويد الأداء المؤسسي مثل ماهية الأداء المؤسسي ومقومات الأداء المؤسسي، وطرح مجموعة من المقترحات التي تسهم في تجويد الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة من خلال مدخل القيادة الديناميكية ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وأظهر البحث أن تجويد الأداء المؤسسي جزء لا يتجزأ من العملية التعليمية، وأن القيادة الديناميكية تهدف إلى تحسين العملية التعليمية والتربوية وتجويد الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة وذلك عن طريق توعية العاملين بالمدرسة بواجباتهم والعمل على تحقيق أهداف المدرسة بكفاءة وفاعلية
|b The current research aims to identify the theoretical framework that governs the entrance to Dynamic leadership, its concept, characteristics, and the role of the entrance to Dynamic leadership in improving institutional performance in public secondary schools in Egypt, and the theoretical framework that governs improving institutional performance, such as the nature of institutional performance and the elements of institutional performance, and presenting a set of Proposals that contribute to improving institutional performance in public secondary schools through the introduction of Dynamic leadership. The research used the descriptive approach. The research showed that improving institutional performance is an integral part of the educational process, and that Dynamic leadership aims to improve the educational process and improve institutional performance in public secondary schools. By educating school staff about their duties and working to achieve school goals efficiently and effectively.
