|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العوامل المسهمة في مقياس رأس المال النفسي في ضوء متغيري (النوع- التخصص) لدى طلاب كلية التربية جامعة حلوان وبلغت العينة (320) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة حلوان بواقع (144 ذكور، 176 إناث) ، والذين تم اختيارهم من الشعب العلمية والأدبية بالفرقتين الثالثة والرابعة، استخدمت الباحثة مقياس رأس المال النفسي (إعداد الباحثة) ، وأسفرت النتائج عن تحقق الفرض الأول بإسهام عدة عوامل في مقياس رأس المال النفسي وهي (فاعلية الذات- الأمل- التفاؤل- المرونة) ، وعدم وجود فروق علي مقياس رأس المال النفسي تعزى للنوع (ذكور، إناث) أو للتخصص (علمي، أدبي).
|b The current study aims to identify the factors contributing to the psychological capital measure in a changing light (Type - Specialization) in students of the Faculty of Education University of Helwan and reached the sample (225) Students from the Faculty of Education, Helwan University, Bahrain (68 males, 157 females), selected from the scientific and literary divisions in the third and fourth divisions, the researcher used a psychological capital measure (prepared by the researcher), and the results resulted in the first imposition by contributing several factors to the psychological capital measure: (Self-effectiveness - hope - optimism - flexibility), no differences on the psychological capital scale attributable to species (Male, female) or specialty (scientific, literary).
