|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام منصة الكتاب الإلكتروني بجامعة بني سويف من قبل الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية الآداب، من أجل التعرف على المزايا والصعوبات التي واجهتهم في استخدام المنصة وسبل معالجتها. وقد استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج المسحي الميداني واعتمدت الاستبانة والمقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة المباشرة بوصفهم أدوات لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات منها: اتفق الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس على أن المنصة جيدة بشكل عام، وذات تصميم مناسب، وتتسم بسهولة الاستخدام والوضوح، مع وجود بعض القصور في أن المنصة لا يتوفر بها الجانب التفاعلي بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، بالإضافة إلى الحاجة إلى بنية تحتية قوية من حيث توفر أجهزة حاسوب حديثة وسرعة عالية للاتصال بالإنترنت. وهذا ما تسعى إليه الجامعة في المراحل القادمة من الاهتمام بتحسين البنية التحتية والتكنولوجية والمعدات من أجل تهيئة الظروف للتعلم الفعال للطلاب.
|b The study aims to identify the reality of using the e-book platform at Beni - Suef University by students and faculty members at the Faculty of Arts, to identify the advantages and difficulties they encountered in using the platform and ways to ad-dress them. The study used the field survey method and relied on the questionnaire, personal interview, and direct observation as data collection tools. The study reached a set of results and recommendations, including: Students and faculty members agreed that the platform is generally good, has an appropriate design, and is characterized by ease of use and clarity, with some shortcomings in that the platform does not have the interactive aspect between students and faculty members, in addition to the need To a strong infra-structure in terms of the availability of modern computers and high-speed Internet connection. This is what the university seeks in the next stages of interest in improving the infrastructure, technology, and equipment to create conditions for effective learning for students.
