|a تهدف دراسة مجازر إنتاج اللحوم الحمراء بمحافظة بني سويف إلى تحليل الموقف الحالي لهذه المجازر وعدد المذبوحات بها، فضلا عن إبراز الصورة التوزيعية لها بمراكز المحافظة، والتحليل الجغرافي لها في ضوء المتغيرات المكانية والسكانية والعمرانية، هذا فضلا عن الاستفادة من أدوات التحليل المكاني الموجودة في نظم المعلومات الجغرافية للكشف عن أنماط التوزيع المكاني للمجازر ومن ثم تحليلها وإبراز العوامل المرتبطة بموقعها الجغرافي، هذا إلى جانب تحديد المشكلات التي تواجه هذه المجازر وما ينتج عنها من تأثيرات مختلفة على البيئة المحيطة، وقد عمدت هذه الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها والوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة منها من خلال استخدام المناهج الجغرافية، ومنها المنهج التاريخي والتحليلي والموضوعي، وفي ضوء التحليل الجغرافي ووفقا للنتائج البحثية، توصي الدراسة بضرورة العمل على إنشاء مجازر أليه نموذجية في كل مركز المحافظة وفقا للاشتراطات البيئية، وتشديد الرقابة على عملية ذبح الحيوانات خارج المجازر الحكومية، وتفعيل القوانين وفرض العقوبات الرادعة بحق المخالفين.
|b The study of the slaughterhouses of red meat production in Beni Suef Governorate aims to analyze the current situation of these slaughterhouses and the number of slaughtered animals in them, as well as highlighting the distribution picture of them in the centers of the province, and the geographical analysis of them in the light of spatial, demographic and urban variables, in addition to benefiting from the spatial analysis tools available in information systems geographical location to reveal patterns of spatial distribution of the massacres and then analyze them and highlight the factors associated with their geographical location, in addition to identifying the problems facing these massacres and the resulting different effects on the surrounding environment, This study intended to achieve its objectives and reach the desired results through the use of geographical approaches, including the historical, analytical and objective approaches. On the process of slaughtering animals outside government slaughterhouses, enforcing laws and imposing deterrent penalties against violators.
