المستخلص: يتلخص البحث فيما يلي: بيان المهارات اللازمة لطلاب الدراسات العليا في مرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه والتي يكثر وقوع الخلل فيها بما يسهم ذلك البيان في جودة المراحل الدراسية وسبل تعزيزها مستمدة من التراث العلمي، ومن المناهج الحديثة في التعليم، والتجارب الواقعية وكذلك المهارات التكنولوجية الحديثة مما يوفر الوقت ويزيد من الجودة ويعالج الخلل والثغرات التي تبرز في تينك المرحلتين مما ينعكس بدوره على الرقي العلمي وتحقيق أهداف التنمية في بلادنا المباركة.

As for after, learning skills are the most important thing to take care of, investing in it and putting efforts, time and money into it, and programmingg courses in it because of its great impact on the quality of scientific production and the strength of the outputs, from here, I started to write about it, trying to enumerate the most important skills needed to train students, identify gaps, and try to program solutions for them. I named this research 'Enhancing learning skills at the stage of graduate studies in the specilization of Islamic Jurisprudence: Proposed view' The research is summarized below: Statement of skills necessary for graduate students at the Masters and Doctorates' levels, to enhance them, derived from the scientific heritage and modern curricula in educational and real world expierence as well as modern technological skills, this saves time, increases quality, and addresses defects and gaps that appeare in these two stages which, in turn, is reflected in scientific advancement and the achievement of development goals in our blessed country. This paper focuses on those skills, which are of interest to the researcher in terms of treatment and other contribution. I chose the most pproblematic and explained them.
