المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية مهارة التحدث لدي طفل الروضة، وذلك من خلال استراتيجية قائمة على أدب الطفل الرقمي، والتحقق من فاعليتها في تنمية مهارة التحدث، لذا أعدت الباحثة أدوات البحث، حيث تم إعداد استبانة بمهارات التحدث المطلوب تنميتها لطفل الروضة، واختبار لقياس مهارة التحدث، وبطاقة ملاحظة للجانب الأدائي لمهارات التحدث، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لإعداد الإطار النظري للبحث والمنهج التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة في إعداد الأدوات وتقنينها وضبطها والتحقق من فاعليتها في تنمية مهارة التحدث لطفل الروضة، وقد أعدت الاستراتيجية في ضوء نموذج محمد عطية خميس (۲۰۰۳) للتصميم والتطوير التعليمي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (۳۰) طفلا وطفلة من روضة الفاروق عمر بن الخطاب التابعة لإدارة دمياط، وأظهرت النتائج أنه يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة البحث في اختبار قياس مهارات التحدث وبطاقة الملاحظة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أظهرت فاعلية الاستراتيجية المقترحة القائمة على أدب الطفل الرقمي في تنمية مهارات التحدث لدي طفل الروضة، حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأوصت الباحثة بالاستفادة من الاستراتيجية التي قدمها البحث في تنمية مهارة التحدث لدي طفل الروضة، وبضرورة البحث عن طرق حديثة لتنمية مهارة التحدث لطفل الروضة تكون مواكبة للتطور التكنولوجي الذي نعيش فيه.

The current research aimed at developing speaking skill among the kindergarten child, through a strategy based on digital children’s literature. To verify its effectiveness in developing the speaking skill, the researcher prepared the following research tools: a questionnaire to identify the speaking skills that is required to be developed among the kindergarten child, a test to measure the cognitive aspect of speaking skill and an observation card to measure the performance aspect of speaking skills. The researcher followed the descriptive approach to prepare the theoretical framework of the research and to prepare the tools, codify them, and control them. While she used the experimental approach with One Group Pretest Posttest Method in verifying the effectiveness of a strategy based on digital children’s literature in developing the speaking skill among the kindergarten child. The strategy was prepared in light of the Muhammad Attia Khamis (2003) model of design and development instructional. The research sample consisted of (30) male and female children from Al-Farouq Omar Bin Al-Khattab Kindergarten in Damietta Administration. The results showed that: there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research group in the test that measuring speaking skills and the observation card in the pre- and post-application in favor of the post application. And showed also the effectiveness of the proposed strategy based on digital children’s literature in developing the kindergarten child’s speaking skills. As the differences were in favor of the post-application. The researcher recommended taking advantage of the strategy presented by the research in developing the kindergarten child’s speaking skill, and the necessity of searching for modern methods to develop the speaking skill among a kindergarten child that keep pace with the technological development in which we live.
