المستخلص: The purpose of the current study is to investigate the value of incorporating new technologies and to showcase how students at Bejaia University perceive the use of these tools to learn English. Moreover, it seeks to explore teachers’ use and the administration’s involvement in the integration of such teaching/learning device. The research method relied on is a questionnaire consisting of 23 questions addressed to 50 English students selected randomly from different learning levels. The findings demonstrate how crucial it is for students to use technology both in their personal lives and academically. Yet, students claim that there are not enough resources and that the majority of teachers do not use technology; whereas the administration focuses on the importance to the use technology in the classroom but it does not provide needed and accessible materials.
