|a إن إدارة المعرفة اليوم من بين المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة، التي تلقى اهتماما متزايدا من قبل المهتمين بالإدارة، إذ تسعى العديد من الدراسات العلمية، إلى كشف وتحليل المعرفة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات الإدارة الحديثة، حيث هناك اختلاف في تحديد هذا المفهوم وضبطه بصياغة محددة تتداول في جميع المنظمات، ويرجع ذلك لاختلاف الرأي، واختلاف مجالات الاهتمام، والدراسة. كما يعد حديث النشأة، يصعب قياسه إلا كمخرج، أو نتائج في الجانب التطبيقي. وبالتالي فبديهي أن يتناول بصيغ مختلفة تتوافق مع الاستخدامات. ومع ذلك فهو يحمل عدة مفاهيم دالة، سواء من الناحية النظرية، أو من الناحية العملية، باعتبار أن المعرفة كممارسة قديمة قدم الإنسان، أما كمفهوم علمي فهي حديثة النشأة مقترنة بظهور الفكر التنظيمي الحديث، ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لمحاولة تحليل مفهوم إدارة المعرفة من عدة جوانب، الجانب المفاهيمي في ضوء بعض النظريات التنظيمية، والممارسة طبقا لبعض الدراسات، والنماذج التنظيمية، وأخيرا التحليل السوسيولوجي.
|b Knowledge management today is one of the modern management concepts, which receives increasing attention by those interested in managements many scientific studies seek to reveal and analyze knowledge in line with the requirements of modern management, Where there is a difference in defining this concept, and setting it in a specific formulation that circulates in all organizations, and this is due to the difference of opinion, and the different areas of interest, and the study is also considered as a recent inception, difficult to measure except as an output, or results in the applied sides, Therefore, it is obvious that it deals with different formulas that are compatible with the uses, and yet it carries several significant concepts, whether from a theoretical or practical point of view, given that knowledge as a practice is as old as man, but as a scientific concept it is of recent origin associated with the emergence of modern organizational thought, Hence this study is trying to analyze the concept of knowledge management from several aspects, the conceptual aspect in the light of some organizational theories, and practice according to some studies, organizational models, and finally the sociological analysis.
