|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع في تنمية بعض مهارات السلوك القيادي لدى طفل الروضة. واقتصرت مجموعة البحث الحالي على عينة من أطفال الروضة بالمستوى الثاني مما تتراوح أعمارهم بين (٥ - ٦) سنوات وعددهم (٦٠) طفل وطفلة مقسمين إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية بروضة مدرسة أبنوب الجديدة الابتدائية المشتركة، بمركز أبنوب محافظة أسيوط، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي ۲۰۲۲/2023م. واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي ذي المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية لمناسبته لطبيعة هذا البحث، والذي يعتمد على القياس القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث على أطفال المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، بينما يقتصر استخدام استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع على أطفال المجموعة التجريبية فقط. وقد أعدت الباحثات أدوات البحث ومواده التالية:- ١- قائمة مهارات السلوك القيادي المناسبة لطفل الروضة. ٢- بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات السلوك القيادي لطفل الروضة. 3- برنامج قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع في تنمية بعض مهارات السلوك القيادي لطفل الروضة. وأسفرت نتائج البحث الحالي عن فاعلية برنامج قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم الممتع في تنمية بعض مهارات السلوك القيادي لدى أطفال المجموعة التجريبية.
|b The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a program based on enjoyable learning strategies in developing some leadership behavior skills in kindergarten children. The research sample was limited to a sample of kindergarten children at the second level, ranging in age from (5-6) years, with a total of (60) children, divided into two groups, a control group and an experimental group, in the New Ibnob Primary Mixed School Kindergarten, in Ibnob Center, Assiut Governorate, in the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The research used the experimental method with two groups, a control group and an experimental group, due to its suitability for the nature of this research, which depends on the pre-test and post-test of the research tools on the children of the control and experimental groups, while the use of enjoyable learning strategies is limited to the children of the experimental group only. The researchers prepared the following research tools and materials: 1- A list of leadership behavior skills appropriate for kindergarten children. 2- An observation card for leadership behavior skills for kindergarten children. 3- A program based on enjoyable learning strategies in developing some leadership behavior skills for kindergarten children. The results of the current research showed the effectiveness of the program based on enjoyable learning strategies in developing some leadership behavior skills in the children of the experimental group.
