|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الالتزام التنظيمي في تحسين جودة الخدمة في مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى- سوق أهراس -، حيث تم استخدام طريقة الاستبيان للحصول على المعلومات اللازمة حيث شملت العينة 50 فرد وقد استخدمت الدراسة برنامج spss الإحصائي في تحليل البيانات الخاصة بالجانب التطبيقي حيث تم الاعتماد على بعض الإحصاءات الوصفية (المتوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري،..........) للحصول على النتائج وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للالتزام التنظيمي في تحسين جودة الخدمة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي من خلال إشاعة ثقافة الثقة وتعزيز القيم السلوكية مما يدفع بالعاملين إلى تحسين الخدمة المقدمة.
|b This study aims to know the impact of organizational commitment in improving the quality of service in the Great Balghaith Mills Corporation- Madawroush-, where the questionnaire method was used to obtain the necessary information, as the sample included 50 individuals. The study used the SPSS statistical program in analyzing data related to the applied aspect, where it was approved. On some descriptive statistics (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, .........) to obtain the results, the study concluded that there is an impact of organizational commitment in improving the quality of service in the institution under study. The study recommended strengthening organizational commitment by spreading a culture of trust and promoting values. Behavioral behavior, which prompts employees to improve the service provided.
