|b This research aimed to address the topic of e-learning based on the Technology Acceptance Model within the university environment and the extent to which university members accept the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The study also highlighted the importance of electronic applications in this context, which is a result of the widespread use of smartphones. We have concluded that it is necessary to transition from traditional education to e-learning in line with the ongoing developments. Additionally, we found that it is essential to accept and promote technology within the university environment through the adoption of electronic applications.
