هدف البحث إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس، والتحديات التي تواجههم عند الإعداد الإلكتروني، وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة اشتملت على (32) فقرة موزعة على محورين: المحور الأول: اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس وتضمن (20) فقرة، المحور الثاني: التحديات التي تواجه معلمي الرياضيات عند الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس وتضمن (١٢) فقرة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (١٤٠) معلما من معلمي الرياضيات بمنطقة جازان، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس وقعت بدرجة (مرتفعة)، وهذا يدل على الاتجاه الإيجابي للمعلمين نحو الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس. كما أظهرت نتائج البحث أن التحديات التي تواجه معلمي الرياضيات عند الإعداد الإلكتروني للدرس جاءت بدرجة (مرتفعة)، وأن أكثر التحديات هي: ضعف البنية التحتية وشبكة الإنترنت، وقلة البرامج التدريبية حول الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس، وضعف مستويات الدعم الفني، وعدم توفر دليل إلكتروني لإعداد الدروس، وزيادة العبء التدريسي لبعض المعلمين، وضعف الخبرة في التعامل مع التقنية لدى بعض المعلمين، وأظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المعلمين حول اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس تعزى لمتغيرات البحث (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج؛ قدمت بعض التوصيات، ومن أبرزها: - تعزيز الاتجاهات الإيجابية لمعلمي الرياضيات نحو الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس. - تصميم برامج تدريبية لمعلمي الرياضيات تختص بإعداد الدروس إلكترونيا. - العمل على توفير كافة الإمكانات المادية التي تسهل استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكترونية. - توفير دليل إلكتروني لإعداد الدروس على الواجهة الرئيسية لمنصة مدرستي. - تخفيف العبء التدريسي على المعلمين. - توجيه المشرفين التربويين إلى تقديم التغذية الراجعة التي تساهم في نجاح الإعداد الإلكتروني للدروس.
The objective of the research is to identify the trends of mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons, and the challenges they face in the electronic preparation. The researcher has adopted the descriptive curriculum. The research tool was a questionnaire containing (32) a two-axis paragraph: First: Trends of mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons and includes (20) a paragraph, second: Challenges faced by mathematics teachers in the electronic preparation of lessons and included a paragraph (12). The research sample consisted of 140 mathematics teachers in the Jazan region. Research results showed that the trends of mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons occurred at a (high) degree, indicating the positive trend of teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons. The results of the research also showed that the challenges faced by mathematics teachers in the electronic preparation of the lesson were (high), and that the most challenges were: Weak infrastructure and Internet, few training programmes on electronic preparation of lessons, weak levels of substantive support, lack of electronic manual for the preparation of lessons, Increasing the teaching burden of some teachers, weak technical expertise of some teachers, The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between teachers' responses to the trends of mathematics teachers towards electronic preparation of lessons attributable to research variables (scientific qualification, years of experience). in the light of the findings; Some recommendations were made, most notably: - Promote positive trends for mathematics teachers towards the electronic preparation of lessons. - Design of training programmes for mathematics teachers to prepare lessons electronically. - Work to provide all material possibilities that facilitate the use of e-learning platforms. - Provision of an electronic guide for the preparation of lessons on the main facade of my school platform. - Reducing teachers' teaching burden. Instructing educational supervisors to provide feedback that contributes to the success of the online preparation of lessons.
