|a الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف فوائد التعلم عن بعد من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والطلبة في جامعة الكويت. المنهجية: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة تضم 74 عضوا من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية و102 طالب، كما تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من 21 فقرة. النتائج: أظهرت الدراسة أن للتعلم عن بعد العديد من الفوائد والتي حصلت على درجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات طلبة جامعة الكويت تعزى إلى السنة الدراسية. الخلاصة: أوصى الباحث بضرورة تحسين منصات التعلم الإلكتروني بحيث تقدم العديد من الفوائد للطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بدرجة مرتفعة.
|b Objectives: The study aimed to identify the benefits of distance learning from the viewpoint of faculty members and students at Kuwait University. Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve the objective of the study, a sample of 74 faculty members and 102 students were selected, and a questionnaire consisting of 21 items was designed. Results: The study showed that distance learning has many benefits, which got an average degree, the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences from the point of view of the faculty members due to the variable years of experience. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of Kuwait University students attributable to the school year. Conclusion: The researcher recommended the need to improve e-learning platforms in order to provide many benefits to students and faculty members to a high degree.
