|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أداء معلمات رياضيات المرحلة الأساسية ضمن تطبيق برنامج تدريبي وفق معرفة بيداغوجيا محتوى الجبر بهدف تحسين الأداء وفق مجالات التفكير الجبري لدى معلمات الرياضيات، تم إعداد دليل البرنامج التدريبي وأدوات الدراسة، والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم اختيار عينة متيسرة من مدارس قصبة جرش، تكونت من (36) معلمة رياضيات مقسمة إلى مجموعتين: واحدة تجريبية تكونت من (18) معلمة خضعوا للتدريب وفق معرفة بيداغوجيا محتوى الجبر، والأخرى ضابطة مكونة من (18) معلمة لم يخضعوا للتدريب. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اختبار التفكير الجبري بين أفراد المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي تم تدريبها، كما اقترحت مواقف تعليمية ملائمة لطبيعة المحتوى الرياضي الجبري تساعد المعلم في تحسين الأداء التدريسي داخل الفصول الدراسية.
|b The study aimed to analyze the performance of the primary mathematics teachers within the application of a training program according to the pedagogy knowledge of the content of algebra in order to improve performance according to the areas of algebraic thinking among mathematics teachers, the training program guide and study tools were prepared, and to ensure their validity and stability, an available sample was selected from the schools of the Kasbah of Jerash, consisting of (36) mathematics teachers divided into two groups: one experimental consisted of (18) teachers who undergo training according to the pedagogical content knowledge of algebra, and the other was a control consisting of (18) teachers who did not They undergo training. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the algebraic thinking test between the members of the control and experimental groups in favor of the experimental group that was trained, and suggested educational situations appropriate to the nature of the algebraic mathematical content that help the teacher improve teaching performance in the classroom.
