|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع أداء قيادات إدارات التعليم في ضوء الذكاء الاصطناعي في ثلاث أبعاد وهي: (اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات، والتدريب، وإدارة الأداء)، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي. واستخدمت أداه الاستبانة لجمع البيانات. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (٢٠٥٥) فردا من مديري إدارات التعليم ومساعديهم، ومديري الإدارات في إدارات التعليم بمدينة (الرياض، وعسير، ونجران) ومديري مكاتب التعليم التابعة لهم ومساعديهم، وكذلك مشرفي مكاتب التعليم التابعة لتلك الإدارات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أداء قيادات إدارات التعليم في ضوء الذكاء الاصطناعي من وجهة نظر قيادات إدارات التعليم ومشرفي مكاتب التعليم حصل على درجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (٢.٦٧). وتبين أن مختلف أبعادها جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، حيث أتى بعد اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات في المرتبة الأولى، يليه في المرتبة الثانية بعد إدارة الأداء، يليه بعد التدريب في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة.
|b The study aimed to reveal the reality of the performance of education department leaders in light of artificial intelligence in three dimensions: (decision making, problem solving, training, and performance management). The study relied on the descriptive survey approach. A questionnaire tool was used to collect data. The study population consisted of (2055) individuals from the directors of education departments and their assistants, the directors of departments in the education departments in the city of (Riyadh, Asir, and Najran), the directors of their education offices and their assistants, as well as the supervisors of the education offices affiliated with those departments. The study concluded that the performance of the leaders of the departments Education in light of artificial intelligence, from the perspective of leaders of education departments and supervisors of education offices, obtained an average score with an arithmetic average of (2.67). It turned out that its various dimensions came in at a (medium) degree, as the decision-making and problem-solving dimension ranked first, followed by the performance management dimension in second place, followed by the training dimension in third and final rank.
