|a يعد التعلم الذاتي أهم أس لبناء اقتصاد معرفي مرتكز على استثمار رأس المال البشري، وتحويله إلى مجتمع معرفي يبحث عن المعلومة دون مرافقة، ومصدره في ذلك تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأكثر تطورا، فأضحى ارتباط التعلم الذاتي بالتعليم الإلكتروني واقعا لا يمكن تجاهله، بل أصبح استراتيجية للتجديد في الممارسة التعليمية التعلمية. وعليه فإن المداخلة تهدف إلى تقييم تجربة الجزائر في ربط التعلم الذاتي بالتعليم الإلكتروني، فما هي جهود الدولة في ذلك؟ وأفضت الدراسة إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن: - جهود الدولة الجزائرية المبذولة في تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني لخدمة التعلم الذاتي مازالت في بداياتها، وهي غير وافية لا من حيث الكمية ولا من حيث النوعية. - التعليم الإلكتروني خيار استراتيجي للنهوض بالتعليم والتعلم الذاتي، لكن متطلبات تحقيقه تفوق كل الإمكانيات.
