المستخلص: إن التطورات السريعة التي يشهدها العالم الخارجي عبر مستويات التكنولوجيا ومجالات العلوم الإنسانية والمجتمع برمته نتيجة آثار العولمة، أدى بل فرض على الدولة الجزائرية أسلوب التغيير في قطاع التربية لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة، لتعرف سنة 2022/2023 تميزا عرفه قطاع التربية، حيث تم إدخال تعديلات أخرى وتحسينات تمثلت في إدراج اللغة الإنجليزية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي للسنة الثالثة، وإلغاء امتحان شهادة التعليم الابتدائي وتعويضه ابتداء من سنة 2023 بامتحان تقييم مكتسبات، لتشهد السنة الدراسية 2023/2024 هي الأخرى تعديلات وتحسينات على سيرورة هذا الامتحان. ونروم من خلال هذا المقال والموسوم "امتحان تقييم مكتسبات مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي" إلى قراءة في بعض المفاهيم ذات الصلة، وظروف طرائق وتنفيذ هذا التقييم في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي. وقد توصلت ورقتنا البحثية إلى أن معايير امتحان تقييم المكتسبات ذات توصيف نوعي لمظهر الكفاءة، فهو مشروع وطني يحتاج إلى تضافر جهود كل الفاعلين في الحقل التربوي والمجتمعي من أخصائيين وأساتذة وأولياء ووسائل إعلام لإنجاحه. وتجربة حديثة تحتاج إلى الإضافة والتنقيح لتتلاءم مع قدرات المتعلم، وإشراك مختصين في علوم التربية والسوسيولوجيا للولوج نحو المدارس لاستقصاء واقع المدرسة الجزائرية.

The rapid developments witnessed by the outside world across the levels of technology, the fields of humanities, and society as a whole, as a result of the effects of globalization, have led and even imposed on the Algerian state a method of change in the education sector to keep pace with the developments taking place, so that the year 2022/2023 will witness another distinction that the education sector has known. Other amendments and improvements were introduced, including the introduction of English language instruction in primary education from the third year, onwards and the abolishment of the primary education certificate examination, starting in the year 2023, with an examination to evaluate the acquisitions of the primary education stage, so that the academic year 2023/2024 will also witness amendments and improvements to the process of this exam. Through this article titled ''An examination to evaluate the achievements of the primary education stage'', we aim to read into some relevant concepts, and the conditions for methods and implementation of this assessment in achieving the desired goals in the primary education stage. Our research paper concluded that the standards for the achievements assessment exam provide a qualitative description of the appearance of competence. It is a national project that requires the combined efforts of all actors in the educational and societal fields, including specialists, professors, parents, and the media, to make it successful. This is a modern experience that needs to be added and revised to suit the learner’s abilities, and the involvement of specialists in educational sciences and sociology to enter schools to investigate the reality of the Algerian school.

Les développements rapides observés par le monde extérieur à travers les niveaux de la technologie, les domaines des sciences humaines et de la société dans son ensemble, en raison des effets de la mondialisation, ont conduit et même imposé à l'État algérien une méthode de changement dans le secteur de l'éducation afin de suivre les évolutions en cours. Ainsi, l'année 2022/2023 a marqué une nouvelle distinction dans ce secteur. D'autres amendements et améliorations ont été introduits, notamment l'enseignement de la langue anglaise dans l'éducation primaire à partir de la troisième année, ainsi que l'abolition de l'examen du certificat d'études primaires à partir de l'année 2023, au profit d'un examen d'évaluation des acquis de l'enseignement primaire. L'année scolaire 2023/2024 connaîtra également des amendements et des améliorations dans le processus de cet examen. À travers cet article intitulé «Un examen pour évaluer les acquis de l'enseignement primaire», nous visons à analyser certains concepts pertinents, ainsi que les conditions et les méthodes de mise en oeuvre de cette évaluation pour atteindre les objectifs souhaités au niveau de l'enseignement primaire. Notre article de recherche a conclu que les normes de l'examen d'évaluation des acquis offrent une description qualitative de l'apparition des compétences. Il s'agit d'un projet national qui exige la coopération de tous les acteurs des domaines éducatif et sociétal, y compris les spécialistes, les enseignants, les parents et les médias, afin d'assurer son succès. C'est une expérience moderne qui nécessite d'être complétée et révisée pour s'adapter aux capacités des élèves, avec l'implication de spécialistes en sciences de l'éducation et en sociologie afin d'examiner la réalité de l'école algérienne.
