المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج ماجستير الإدارة والإشراف التربوي بكلية صبر للعلوم والتربية- جامعة لحج- في ضوء معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي من وجهة نظر الطلبة. وقد استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (11) طالبا وطالبة، طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من ستة معايير، من معايير الاعتماد الأكاديمي. وتمثلت في: (أهداف ورسالة البرنامج، والخطة والمقررات الدراسية، وأساليب وتقنيات التدريس، وأساليب التقويم، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والإشراف العلمي، والقبول والتسجيل والتجهيزات). وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة، أهمها: - إن تقويم البرنامج من وجهة نظر الطلبة بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) تقترب إلى المنخفضة، بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.87). - وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا- بين استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير (الجنس)، في ثلاثة مجالات هي: الخطة والمقررات الدراسية، وأساليب التقويم، والقبول والتسجيل والتجهيزات). وأظهرت النتائج- أيضا- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا- في مجالين، هما: (أهداف ورسالة البرنامج، وأساليب وتقنيات التدريس)، ولصالح الإناث، وظهور فروق في مجال: (أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإشراف العلمي)، ولصالح الذكور. وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت هذه الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: - إعادة النظر في مجالات البرنامج جميعها، وضرورة إقامة ورشة عمل لإعادة صياغة واشتقاق أهداف البرنامج، وتحديث مقرراته الدراسية، وضرورة إشراك نخبة من الطلبة، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، ونخبة من المجتمع، في إعداد البرنامج، ومراعات الاحتياجات المختلفة. - توظيف مقررات وخطط البرنامج، وذلك بتضمين المعارف والمهارات التي تعين الطالب في إعداد مشروعه البحثي.

The current study aims to evaluate the Master's Program of Educational Administration and Supervision at the Faculty of Science and Education- Saber, University of Lahj, in light of the academic accreditation standards from the students’ perspective. The study used the descriptive analytical approach in which the sample consisted of (11) male and female students who responded to a close- ended questionnaire which consisted of six academic accreditation standards represented in (the program's message and objectives, educational planning and courses, teaching techniques and styles, evaluation styles, faculty members and scientific supervision, admission and registration, and equipment. The study reached many results, the most important of which are that the evaluation of the program from students’ perspective was generally rated as medium, leaning towards low, with an average score of 2.87. The results showed no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members attributed to the variable of gender in three areas: (the curriculum and course plan, assessment methods, and admissions, registration, and facilities). The results also indicated statistically significant differences in two areas: (the program's objectives and mission, and teaching methods and techniques), favouring females, and differences in the area of (faculty members and scientific supervision), favouring males. In light of the study results, the following most important recommendations are provided: - Reconsidering the Master's Program in Educational Administration and Supervision in all its fields by ensuring the necessity of holding a workshop to reformulate and derive the program objectives, update its curricula, and involve an elite group of students, staff members and community members, taking into account the different needs of participants. - Employing the program's curricula and plans to include knowledge and skills that help students prepare their research projects.
