|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى أهمية التعرف على الصدق لمقياس صنع القرار لدى معلمي ومديري المدارس الإعدادية، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة الأساسية بطريقة عشوائية، وبلغ عدد العينة (٢٤٣)، بمتوسط عمر (37.12) سنة، وانحراف معياري (9.80) سنة. (۲۰) مديرًا ومديرة، بمتوسط (50.1) سنة وانحراف معياري (6.6) سنة، و(۳۸) وكيلًا ووكيلة، (۱۳۲) معلمًا ومعلمة، بمتوسط (45.1) سنة وانحراف معياري (5.8) سنة، تراوحت أعمار المديرين والمديرات ما بين (٣٠-٥٩) سنة، تراوحت أعمار الوكلاء والوكيلات ما بين (٢٤-٥٨) سنة بمتوسط (33.6) سنة وانحراف معياري (7.0) سنة، تراوحت أعمار المعلمين والمعلمات ما بين (٢٣-٥٤) سنة بمحافظة الإسماعيلية. واستخدمت الدراسة الأدوات التالية: اختبار صنع القرار. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- أهمية تنمية مهارات صنع القرار عند المسئولين في مجال التعليم. ۲- إدخال مهارات صنع القرار في المناهج الدراسية للاحتفاظ بالمادة العلمية والقضاء على صعوبات التعلم.
|b The present study aimed to the importance of recognizing the truth of the scale decision to the teachers and directors of junior high school-making, has been selected sample of basic study at random, and the number of the sample (243), with an average age (37.12 years), standard deviation (9.80) years. (20) principals, with an average (50.1 years) and a standard deviation (6.6 years), and (38) as an agent and attorney, (132) teachers, with an average (45.1 years) and a standard deviation (5.8) years, ranged in age directors and managers between (30-59 years), the reconstruction of agents and attorneys ranged between (24-58) years at an average (33.6 years) and a standard deviation (7.0) years, ranged in age teachers between (23-54) in the governorate of Ismailia. The study used the following tools: Test Decision-making scale The study found the following results: The study found the following results 1- The importance of developing decision-making skills of officials in the field of education. 2- The introduction of decision-making in the school curriculum to keep the scientific article and eliminate the learning difficulties skills.
