المستخلص: تعتبر الكثير من المؤسسات أن المعرفة عنصر أساسي في تحسين الأداء وركيزة تنافسية في بيئة شديدة التغيير والتعقيد، الأمر الذي دفعها إلى الاستثمار في مشاريع إدارة المعرفة ونظرا للأهمية المتزايدة لإدارة المعرفة في مجال الأعمال وزيادة القدرة التنافسية ازدادت أهمية قياس مستوى تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسات وأزداد الموضوع أهمية كون المعرفة تعتبر من الأصول غير الملموسة والتي من الصعب قياسها وكما هو معروف في إدارة الأعمال أن ما لا يمكن قياسه لا يمكن إدارته وتحسينه وهنا ظهرت أهمية وجود نماذج تستطيع قياس نضج إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسات. ولعلنا تطرقنا لنماذج نضج إدارة المعرفة في منظمات الأعمال ودورها في تقييم مبادرات إدارة المعرفة والتي أهمها التخطيط والمراقبة وتعقب التطوير وإجراء المقارنات المرجعية، ويمكن إيجاز هذه الأهداف حسب المركز الأمريكي للإنتاجية والجودة بأنها تساهم في اعتماد معيار قياس مرجعي للواقع الفعلي وجمع البيانات/ المعلومات وأيضا اعتماد استراتيجية عمل واضحة لمعرفة مدى تحقق الأهداف، والمشكلات التي تعيق تحقيقها، وتحديد جوانب القصور لإصلاحها، وجوانب القوة لدعمها. كما تفيد نتائج التقييم في توجيه التوجه الاستراتيجي للمبادرة، واستشعار معدل التغيير في قدرات إدارة المعرفة داخل المؤسسة، وتحديد جداول زمنية واقعية للتقدم. وأيضا معيارية إدارة المعرفة لتي يتم إعدادها من تحليل البيانات المجمعة في توجيه استراتيجيتها في مجال إدارة المعرفة، وإضفاء الطابع المعياري وتقنين إجراءات الحوكمة، والأدوات، والعمليات والإحاطة بالمنجزات وعرضها على المسؤولين. وتم استخدام نموذج للمراجعة الأدبية لعرض مجموعة من الدراسات التي لها علاقة في متغيرات الدراسة وبينت النتائج أن نماذج النضج في إدارة المعرفة تقدم تصور دقيق لفهم التطور المستمر للكائنات الحية عبر سلسلة من المستويات ضمن إطار زمني محدد، حيث ينتقل الكيان من نقطة البداية إلى مرحلة لاحقة، وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى أن نماذج نضج إدارة المعرفة قد عكست التصورات على مشاريع إدارة المعرفة والتي بدورها تتطور عبر سلسلة تراكمية مرتبطة من المستويات تنطلق من أدنى مستوى إلى أعلاها بما يساعد المؤسسة في معرفة مستوى نضج إدارة المعرفة بها بشكل دقيق وتحديد مواطن الضعف التي تحتاج لتحسين والفجوات المعرفية ومن ثم وضع خطة استراتيجية ورسم خارطة طريق قابلة لتنفيذ وتطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالمؤسسة.

Many organizations consider that knowledge is an essential element in improving performance and a competitive pillar in a highly changing and complex environment, which prompted them to invest in knowledge management projects. Due to the increasing importance of knowledge management in business and increasing competitiveness, the importance of measuring the level of application of knowledge management in organizations has increased. The importance of knowledge is considered an intangible asset that is difficult to measure. And improve it, and here the importance of having models that can measure the maturity of knowledge management in institutions. Perhaps we have touched on the models of maturity of knowledge management in business organizations and their role in evaluating knowledge management initiatives, the most important of which are planning, monitoring, tracking development and conducting benchmarking, and these goals can be summarized according to the American Center for Productivity and Quality as contributing to the adoption of a benchmark for measuring the actual reality and collecting data/ information, as well as adopting a clear business strategy to know the extent to which the goals are achieved, the problems that hinder their achievement, identifying shortcomings to fix them, and strengths to support them. The evaluation results are also useful in guiding the strategic direction of the initiative, sensing the rate of change in knowledge management capabilities within the organization, and setting realistic timelines for progress. Knowledge management is also standardized, which is prepared from the analysis of the collected data in guiding its strategy in the field of knowledge management, standardizing and codifying governance procedures, tools, processes and briefing on achievements and presenting them to officials. A model for literary review was used to present a set of studies that are related to the variables of the study and the results showed that maturity models in knowledge management provide an accurate perception to understand the continuous evolution of living organisms across a series of levels within a specific time frame, where the entity moves from the starting point to a later stage, and the current study found that knowledge management maturity models have reflected perceptions on knowledge management projects, which in turn develop through a cumulative series of levels starting from The lowest level to the highest level helps the institution to know the level of maturity of knowledge management accurately and identify weaknesses that need to be improved and knowledge gaps and then develop a strategic plan and draw a roadmap that can be implemented and applied knowledge management in the institution.
