المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة توافر مهارات التعبير الكتابي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظر المعلمين. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، ولتحليل البيانات والوصول نتائج البحث استخدم برنامج (SPSS) وقام بإجراء التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للأداة من خلال تحكيمها من قبل الخبراء في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية، وللتحقق من معامل ثبات الأداة تم تطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية لتعرف معامل الارتباط بين أبعادها باستخدام معادلة (ألفا كرونباخ) حيث تراوح مستوى الثبات في مهارات (إنتاج جملة؛ وإنتاج نص؛ والتصرف في نص؛ وملء الاستمارات؛ وكتابة الرسائل) ما بين (0.714 – 0.884). وبلغ نحو (0.913) على مستوى الأداة جميعها. وقد تم تطبيق البحث خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي ١٤٤٢/ 1443هـ على عينة عشوائية من معلمي اللغة العربية ومعلماتها بإدارة تعليم بيشة بلغوا نحو (۲۱۳) معلما ومعلمة، وقد كشفت النتائج جملة من المؤشرات؛ ومنها: بأن درجة توافر مهارات التعبير الكتابي لدى طلاب وطالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر العينة متوسطة في مهارات (إنتاج جملة؛ وإنتاج نص؛ والتصرف في النص؛ وكتابة الرسائل) حيث بلغت المتوسطات الحسابية العامة على التوالي (2.14، 2.15؛ 2.25؛ و2.32). في حين رأت العينة بأن مهارة ملء الاستمارة متوافرة بدرجة مرتفعة حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.38). كما أسفرت النتائج وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية يعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح المعلمات؛ وهذا يشير إلى أن المعلمات أظهرن تقديرات مرتفعة لما يمتلكه طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة من مهارات التعبير الكتابي مقارنة بالمعلمين. وكشفت النتائج وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية يعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح من لديهم سنوات خبرة أكثر من (۱۰) سنوات. حيث كانت متوسطات الرتب لديهم أكبر من متوسطات الرتب لمن لديهم سنوات خبرة أقل من (۱۰) سنوات في مهارات التعبير الكتابي الفرعية والدرجة الكلية جميعها، وهذا يعني إلى أن من لديهم خبرة (۱۰) سنوات فأكثر قد أظهروا تقديرات مرتفعة لما يمتلكه طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة من مهارات التعبير الكتابي مقارنة بمن لديهم سنوات خبرة أقل من (۱۰) سنوات. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث بجملة من التوصيات؛ ومنها: بضرورة تنمية مهارات التعبير الكتابي لدى الطلاب ولاسيما المهارات التي كان درجة توافرها بدرجة متوسطة.

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of availability of written expression skills contained in the Arabic language curriculum document among middle school students from the teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and to analyze the data and access the research results, he used the (SPSS) program and performed a verification of the apparent validity of the tool through its arbitration by experts in the field of teaching Arabic, and to verify the reliability coefficient of the tool was applied to a pilot sample to know the correlation coefficient between its dimensions using An equation (Cronbach's alpha), where the level of stability in skills (sentence production, text production, text behavior, filling out forms, and writing letters) ranged between (0.714- 0.884). And it reached about (0.913) at the level of all the tools. The research was applied during the first semester of the academic year 1442/1443 AH on a random sample of Arabic language teachers in the Bisha Education Department. They reached about (213) male and female teachers. The results revealed a number of indicators; Including: that the level of availability of written expression skills among middle school students in Bisha governorate from the point of view of the sample is medium in skills (sentence production, text production, text disposal, and writing letters), where the general arithmetic averages, respectively, amounted to (2.14; 2.15; 2.25) ; and 2.32). While the sample saw that the skill of filling out the form was highly available, where the arithmetic mean was (2.38). The results also revealed a statistically significant difference due to the gender variable and in favor of the parameters; This indicates that female teachers showed higher estimates of what middle school students possess of written expression skills compared to male teachers. The results revealed a statistically significant difference due to the variable years of experience and in favor of those who have more than (10) years of experience. Where the average ranks were greater than the average ranks of those who have years of experience less than (10) years in all sub-writing skills and the total score, and this means that those who have experience (10) years or more have shown high estimates of what middle school students possess of Written expression skills compared to those who have less than (10) years of experience. In light of these results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations; Including: the need to develop the students' written expression skills, especially the skills that were available at a medium level.
