هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف فاعلية استخدام إستراتيجية في ضوء التدريس التبادلي واستراتيجياته الفرعية ومهارتها في تنمية الأداء التدريسي لدى الطلاب المعلمين بكلية التربية في ضوء المعايير المهنية المعاصرة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أعد الباحثان قائمة بمعايير المهنية اللازمة لجودة الأداء التدريسي، وبطاقة ملاحظة في ضوئها، ودليلا تدريبيا في ضوء الإستراتيجية القائمة على التدريس التبادلي بالدراسة الحالية. وقد تكونت مجموعة الدراسة من (25) طالبا من طلاب الدبلوم التربوي في التخصصات الأدبية والعلمية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن لهذه الإستراتيجية أثرا فاعلا في تنمية معايير المهنية لجودة الأداء التدريسي لدى الطلاب، والارتقاء بمستوى جودة هذا الأداء في القياس البعدي، وذلك مقارنة بمستوى الأداء في القياس القبلي؛ وذلك في جميع مجالات المعايير المهنية في: التخطيط للتدريس، تنفيذ التدريس، المادة العلمية، تقويم التدريس، التنمية المهنية، إدارة البيئة الصفية والعلاقات الإنسانية. \\ وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خرج الباحثون بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
The Effectiveness Of Using Reciprocal Teaching Strategy In Development Of students' Teaching Performance To The Faculty Of Education Teachers In The Light Of Contemporary Professional Standards Summary of the Study \\ The present Study aimed to know the effectiveness of using of a strategy in the light of reciprocal teaching with it’s strategies and skills in developing the teaching performance of teachers as students teachers at the Faculty of Education in the light of contemporary professional standards. To achieve this goal, researchers prepared a list of the necessary professional standards for the quality of teaching performance, a note card in the light it, and a training manual guide in light of the strategy based on the reciprocal teaching of the present study. The study group consisted of (25) students from Educational Diploma in literary and scientific disciplines. The results showed that this strategy has an effective in developing the professional standards for the quality of the student teaching performance, and advancing the quality of this dimensional performance, compared with performance standard anterior; this in all fields of professional standards: Planning to teach, teaching execute, teaching material scientific, teaching calendar, professional development, classroom environment management and human relations.
