هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الأداء المهني والأكاديمي للطالب المعلم بمدارس التدريب في ضوء أهداف التربية العملية. وسعت إلى معرفة مدي تحقق أهداف التربية العملية من خلال أداء للطالب المعلم بمدارس التدريب. والكشف عن تقديرات مديري المدارس والمعلمين المتعاونين لواقع أداء الطالب المعلم لمهامه التدريسية بمدارس التدريب بمحلية بورتسودان. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكونت عينه الدراسة من 35 مديرا ومديرة و65معلما ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بولاية البحر الأحمر. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في إستبانه ومقابلة شخصية. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن الكثير من الطلبة المتدربين وخاصة في مرحلة المشاركة يواجه مشكلة الخوف والارتباك من تحمل مسئولية الموقف التعليمي ومهماته. كما أشارت إلى أن إعداد الجداول المدرسية تقع على عاتق إدارة المدرسة وعلى رأسها مدير المدرسة ولا يمكن تكليف الطالب المعلم بها لأنها تعتمد اعتمادا كليا على معرفة المعلومات الدقيقة عن أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بالمدرسة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التقييم المستمر لبرامج التربية العملية وتطويرها في ضوء ما تم الكشف عنه من نتائج. والتأكيد على اهتمام كليات التربية بالجانب العملي التطبيقي وأن توفر له حيزا مناسبا في الخطة الدراسية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed to know the reality of the academic and professional performance of the student teacher in the training schools in light of the objectives of the practical education. The study sought to know the extent of achieving the objectives of the practical education through the performance of the student teacher in the training schools. It also discussed the estimates of the principals and teachers, who are cooperating in the performance of the student teacher for his teaching duties in the training schools in Port Sudan. The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach and the semi-experimental method. The study consisted of 35 male and female principals, 65 male and female teachers from secondary schools in the Red Sea state. The study tools consisted of a questionnaire and a personal interview. The results confirmed that many of the students trainees, especially in the stage of participation, face the problem of fear and confusion of taking responsibility for the educational situation and tasks. The results also pointed out that the preparation of school schedules rests with the school administration, headed by the school principal and can not be assigned to the teacher because it depends entirely on the knowledge of accurate information about the faculty members of the school. The study recommended the need for continuous evaluation of the programs of practical education and development in the light of what has been revealed results. Moreover, it recommended emphasizing the interest of the faculties of education in practical and applied aspects and providing them with an appropriate place in the plan of the study.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
