This study aimed to identify the efficiency degree of Third Irbid Directorate of Education for meeting Total Quality Management principles. The study was conducted on a sample of (100) employees working in the Third Irbid Directorate of Education through using a questionnaire consisting of (49) items covering three areas: job description, tasks and duties, and organizational structure. After conducting the necessary statistical treatmenst, the study found that the job description had come in the first place, followed by tasks and duties and then followed by the organizational structure in terms of meeting total quality management principles applied in this Directorate.
