This research explains the importance of feedback and how it is studied in sociolinguistics. Linguists deal with many theories and reports on theoretical investigations into language learning and teaching that outline contemporary thinking on feedback, with \ reference to the teaching / learning of speaking and writing in a second language. Feedback, in teaching, refers to comments or other information that learners receive concerning their success in learning tasks or tests, either from the teacher or other persons. Both explicit and implicit feedbacks are recommended to provide the learners with the required information to improve the target language. When, why, how and what errors should be corrected will be discussed and clarified with suitable examples in this paper. |
