المستخلص: Ces dernières décennies, l'école algérienne s'oriente à rendre les apprenants capables d'utiliser leurs compétences et de bien agir afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de la société contemporaine et de former des individus aptes à affronter les vies sociale et professionnelle. Cependant, la nouvelle approche appliquée dans nos écoles dite "Approche par compétences" rencontre plusieurs difficultés qui se montrent au niveau des syllabus scolaires notamment dans la conception des objectifs, telles que: la non distinction entre: l'expression et la communication orales et l'expression et la communication écrites, et la préférence de l'écrit au détriment de l'oral en l'absence d'une conception exacte d'une méthode et des acteurs pédagogiques pour la relation entre l'oral et l'écrit. En somme, cette étude porte sur les objectifs de l'oral et de l'écrit dans la méthode didactique de la langue arabe pour les élèves de quatrième année moyenne.

تتجه المدرسة الجزائرية في العقود الأخيرة إلى إقدار المتعلمين على التعامل مع الكفايات وترجيح معرفة حسن التصرف، وذلك تلبية لحاجيات المجتمع المعاصر ومن أجل تكوين أفراد قادرين على مواجهة الحياة الاجتماعية والمهنية، ولكن المقاربة الجديدة المطبقة في مدارسنا "المقاربة بالكفايات" تعترضها مجموعة من الصعوبات تتضح على مستوى المناهج الدراسية وبخاصة في تصميم الأهداف نذكر منها: عدم التمييز بين التعبير الشفوي والتواصل الشفوي والتعبير الكتابي والتواصل الكتابي، كما لايحظى الشفوي بالأهمية نفسها التي يحظى بها المكتوب مع غياب تصور دقيق للمنهاج والفاعلين التربويين للعلاقة بين الشفوي والمكتوب، من هذا المنظور سنقرأ أهداف الشفوي والمكتوب في منهاج اللغة العربية-السنة الرابعة متوسط-

In recent decades, the Algerian school is oriented to make the students able to use their skills and do good to better meet the needs of contemporary society and to train individuals able to cope with social and professional lives . However, the new approach applied in our schools called "powers Approach" encounter several difficulties which appear at the school syllabus including the design goals, such as: not distinguish between: expression and oral communication and expression and written communication, and the preference of the writing at the expense of oral in the absence of an exact design of a method and teaching actors to the relationship between speech and writing. In sum, this study focuses on the objectives of the spoken and written in the teaching method of the Arabic language for students in fourth year average
