The present paper tried to suggest an ESP systematic course for post-graduate students (Special Diploma in Education). To design the suggested ESP course. the students' needs were identified by five education professors in a questionnaire. The materials were selected, presented, graded and sequenced in the light of the objectives and following the guidelines and rules of course design in English language teaching. These materials were applied to a sample of 63 students at faculty of Education, Benha University, Egypt for 19 sessions (40 hours). To measure the course effectiveness, an achievement test was planned and conducted to the experimental and control group. The research findings revealed that the suggested ESP course enabled the students to learn its Items. In this way, it was effective and successful in achieving its objectives.
