This research aimed at evaluating EFL student-teachers ’ performance at IUG. To fulfill the aim of the study, the researchers followed the descriptive analytical method. A list of necessary teaching skills for EFL teachers was prepared. This list presented an evaluation sheet to evaluate EFL student-teachers’ performance. (120) student teachers (male and female) represented the sample of the study (simple random sample). Educational supervisors observed their performance in the light of evaluation sheet. T-Test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data statistically. The results revealed that: - There are (80) necessary teaching skills for EFL teachers. - There are no statistically significant differences between EFL male and female student-teachers’ performance at a< 0.05 in preparing notebook, classroom management, and psychological characteristics, also there are no statistically significant differences in linguistic ability, implementation, and using instructional aids. - There are statistically significant differences between EFL student-teachers’ performance at a< 0.05 related to teaching level (primary, intermediate, secondary).
