520 |a This research focus on the Egyptian Pharmaceutical companies and its impact on the performance from Employee's view and explain the relationship between the employees and their trends towards the organizational development and the Obstacles of the organizational development The research objective This study aims to explain the effect of organizational development on the employee's performance in the Egyptian Pharmaceutical companies from their view point and explain the Obstacles of the organizational development inside this companies and making Exploratory study to employee's view in the Egyptian Pharmaceutical companies Research hypotheses First Hypothesis: there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational development and the output of organizational process and this hypothesis divided to four sub hypotheses A: there is a statistically significant relationship between the development of Regulations and the output of organizational process (Employee's performance, improving the Personal characteristics of employees, completion the jobs and designing the Organizational Structure) B: there is a statistically significant relationship between acquiring suitable technology and the output of organizational process C: there is a statistically significant relationship between developing human resources and the output of organizational process D: there is a statistically significant relationship between developing organizational levels and the output of organizational process Second Hypothesis: there is a statistically significant relationship between employee's trends towards organizational development and their Personal characteristics (sex, functional class, experience, educational level, society status) The study concluded to the following results 1- there is a statistically significant relationship between developing the regulations and raising performance level 2- there is a statistically significant relationship between acquiring suitable technology and raising performance level, improving the Personal characteristics of employees and completion the jobs 3- there is a statistically significant relationship between developing human resources and raising performance level and completion the jobs 4- there is a statistically significant relationship between developing organizational levels and raising performance levels 5- there is no a statistically significant relationship between employee's trends towards organizational development and their Personal characteristics sex, functional class, but there is a statistically significant relationship between employee's trends towards organizational development and experience, educational level and society status Research recommendation 1- raising Performance levels of the employees 2- developing the regulation and Legislation that focus on improving the Personal characteristics and completion the jobs 3- training the employees on the new technology 4- developing the human resources and recruitments 5- announcing the organizational culture between the employees to recognize the importance of organizational development
