يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات الزوجة في أداء بعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية، وقد تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (300) زوجة من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، كما اشتملت عينة الدراسة التجريبية على (60) زوجة من الزوجات عينة البحث الأساسية، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة واستبيان الأعطال الشائعة الخاصة ببعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية، واستبيان توافر معلومات الزوجة عن بعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية، ومقياس أداء الزوجة لبعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية، وبرنامج لتنمية مهارات الزوجة لأداء بعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية وقد أسفرت النتائج عن: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى معلومات الزوجات لبعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية تبعاً لاختلاف بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية للأسرة، كما وجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أداء الزوجات لبعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية تبعاً لاختلاف بعض متغيرات الديموجرافية للأسرة، كما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توافر معلومات الزوجة لبعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية وبين قيام الزوجة بأداء هذه الأعمال وأيضا وجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين مدي توافر معلومات الزوجات عن بعض أعمال الصيانة المنزلية وبين وجود الأعطال، كما أكدت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي حيث وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين درجات أفراد العينة التجريبية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي.
Reaseach Summary: Identify the effectiveness of a training program to develop the skills of the wife in the performance of some maintenance work home, The sample consisted of basic (300) wife of levels of different social and economic, also included a sample of the pilot study on (60) wife of Women Sample basic research, and included research tools form Albbanat general questionnaire and family breakdowns common for some household maintenance, and testing of the availability of information to the wife for some maintenance work, home and measure the performance of the wife for some maintenance work home, and a program to develop the skills of the wife in the performance of some maintenance work home. The study results concluded the following: The presence of statistically significant differences in the extent of information the wives of some of the work of home maintenance depending on the variation of some demographic variables of the family , also found statistically significant differences in the performance of the wives of some of the work of home maintenance depending on the variation of some variables demographic of the family . also found a positive correlation statistically significant differences between the availability of Information wife for some maintenance work home and between the wife's performance of this business and also found a negative correlation between the availability of information wives for some maintenance work home and between the presence of faults . and the results confirmed the effectiveness of the training program , where they found statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.01 between the scores of the sample pilot before and after the application of the program for the benefit of dimensional measurement.
