المستخلص: Introduction: In the last few years using exciting methods of teaching had got attention, then we can notice the trend towards multimedia, like animated or fixed cartoons, so it has become necessary to use what it has of attracting ways to get the spirit of fun and excitement to the educational process. Research problem: Delayed level of the mathematics learning difficulties in distinguishing between mathematical concepts, and the need to develop their ability to deal with the quantity situations, and the need to exciting teaching methods which help them using scientific methods of thinking in solutions and to overcome the difficulties in learning mathematics. The main question of the research problem: What is the proposed model to make an animated cartoon program using educational computer software with primary school pupils with mathematical difficulties of learning. Research objectives: Submit a proposed model to make an animated cartoon program using educational computer software with primary school pupils with mathematical difficulties of learning. The research importance: The research derives its importance in terms of: it is an attempt to highlight the importance of using animated cartoons with mathematical difficulties of learning in the provision of a proposed model for the program so that it can be guided through the educational institutions in the development of different systems of traditional learning. The research hypotheses: There would be significant differences at 0.05 level between The average grades of the experimental group in the pre and post application in achievement test for the benefit of the post application. The research extends: - Applying the experiment on a group of primary school pupils with mathematical learning difficulties in Cairo Governorate. - Developing some of mathematical concepts (addition and multiplication only). The research methodology: - Descriptive method: which is used in the search for the description and analysis of previous research studies. Research results: There are significant differences at 0.05 level between The average grades of the experimental group in the pre and post application in achievement test for the benefit of the post application. Thus, the educational animated cartoons verify the effectiveness in the treatment of mathematical learning difficulties among the second-grade pupils from the primary school.
