المستخلص: قد ينجر عن تعامل الفرد مع الإدارة في بعض الحالات التنازع، والذي لا تنظر فيه الهيئات القضائية العادية، بل يختص فيه قضاء غير عادي (القضاء الإداري) وهذا نظرا لخصوصية الخصومة الإدارية.
وضمن هذا القضاء الإداري هناك بعض القضايا التي تتسم بضرورة الفصل السريع فيها، الأمر الذي حتم وجود ما يعرف
بالقضاء الإداري الاستعجالي.
من هنا يظهر موضوع هذا المقال المرتكز على الدعوى الإدارية الاستعجالية، أين سيتم التعرف على الشروط الواجب توافرها في هذه الدعوى وفق أحكام قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية الجزائري.


An individual's interaction with the administration could result sometimes in situations of conflict, which are not considered by ordinary courts, but rather by an extraordinary judiciary (administrative courts), due to the specificity of administrative litigation.
Within this administrative jurisdiction, there are some cases that are characterized by the need for speedy adjudication, which necessitates the existence of what is known as the urgent administrative adjudication.
Based upon this, the subject of this article becomes evident, which is focused upon the urgent administrative cases, where the conditions which must be met in respect to the cases, according to the provisions of the Algerian Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure, will be examined.

Le contact de personne avec l'administration dans certains cas cause des conflits, qui n'entre pas dans la Juridiction normale, mais dans la Juridiction administrative en raison de la spécificité du contentieux administratif.
Dans cette justice administrative il ya certaines affaires qui nécessitent une solution rapide, ce qui rend l’existence de ce qui est connu comme l’urgence administrative Importante.
Le thème de cet article est basé sur le procès administratifs d'urgence, où sera reconnues les conditions à remplir de ce procès dans le Code des procédures civiles et administratives algériennes.
