|f An individual's interaction with the administration could result sometimes in situations of conflict, which are not considered by ordinary courts, but rather by an extraordinary judiciary (administrative courts), due to the specificity of administrative litigation. \nWithin this administrative jurisdiction, there are some cases that are characterized by the need for speedy adjudication, which necessitates the existence of what is known as the urgent administrative adjudication.\nBased upon this, the subject of this article becomes evident, which is focused upon the urgent administrative cases, where the conditions which must be met in respect to the cases, according to the provisions of the Algerian Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure, will be examined.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
