|e هدف البحث الي الكشف عن فاعلية التدريب القائم على استخدام برنامج كورت CORT في تنمية مهارات التفكير الابتكاري لدى طلاب كلية التربية. واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 224 طالب وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الأولي بكلية التربية جامعة بورسعيد. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار التفكير الابتكاري. اختبار رافن للمصفوفات المتتابعة المعياري. برنامج كورت لتنمية مهارات التفكير. وطبقت أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى وجود فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التفكير الابتكاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وعدم وجود فرق دال احصائيا بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي لاختبار التفكير الابتكاري ككل وفي كل مهارة على حدا. وأوصي البحث باعتماد برنامج كورت كمنهج مستقل في تعليم وتنمية مهارات التفكير بوجه عام ومهارات التفكير الابتكاري في كليات التربية. لما له من أهمية كبيرة في تنمية مهارات التفكير الابتكاري التي لا غنى عنها في إعداد كوادر الدولة من المعلمين والباحثين التربويين. والاهتمام بالتفكير الابتكاري على المستويين النظري والتطبيق في برامج التعليم الجامعي بوجه عام. وفي برامج إعداد المعلمين بوجه خاص. تنظيم دورات تدريبية للمعلمين على البرنامج للاستفادة منه على المستوى الشخصي وتطبيقه في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة. وتخصيص مقرر يركز على تنمية مهارات التفكير في كل مرحلة تعليمية لمواكبة متطلبات الألفية الثالثة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of training based on the use of the CORT program in developing innovative thinking skills among the students of the Faculty of Education. The research used the experimental approach with one experimental group. The research group consisted of 224 students from the first year of the Faculty of Education, Port Said University. The research tools were the test of innovative thinking. Raven test for standard consecutive matrices. CORT program for developing thinking skills. The research tools were pre and post applied to the research group. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.01 of the average scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post applications of the test the innovative thinking in favor of the post application. There was no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group's students in the two post and follow up applications of the test of innovative thinking as a whole and in each skill. The research recommended adopting the CORT program as an independent approach in teaching and developing thinking skills in general and innovative thinking skills in the faculties of education. Because it is of great importance in developing innovative thinking skills that are indispensable in the preparation of state cadres of teachers and educational researchers, and attention to innovative thinking at both theoretical and applied levels in university education programs in general and in teacher training programs in particular. Organizing training courses for teachers on the program to take advantage of it on personal level and apply it in different educational stages and the allocation of a course focused on developing thinking skills at each educational stage to meet the requirements of the third millennium.
