The current article aimed at presenting a dialogue on the identification of Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan as a model to follow in the advanced management practices, according to the opinion of Awadiya Al Khatib. The dialogue tackled many questions related to the objectives of the Supreme Council for Total Quality and Excellence, the nature of its contributions to motivate the institutions to implement the total quality, the objectives of the implementation of the national program of the institutional excellence, the concepts it seeks to achieve, and the mechanism of applying this model to achieve the desired excellence in performance Business and the benefits from participating in the National Program for Quality and Institutional Excellence. In addition, the article addressed also the vision of the Supreme Council for Total Quality and Excellence to meet the challenges. The article concluded that Faisal Bank has emerged as one of the institutions in the country to support all the programs of social development, where it has become a destination for scholars, researchers and university students as a positive addition worthy of praise, as well as the interest of the bank to sponsor and qualify the human cadres as the main engine of all the activities of the bank and also contribute to the solution of the activities of the Council with material and moral support. The article recommended the need to establish the basic concepts of quality disseminating them among the employees in the institutions . In addition, there is a need to create a general atmosphere supportive of quality by the decision makers in the institutions, and finding mechanisms to involve all the institutions in the comprehensive quality programs at all levels, in order to implement the quality programs and the projects of continuous improvement in the different institutions.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
