المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير برنامج تربوي قائم على استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرنامج تربوي تقليدي في تنمية بعض المهارات اللغوية لدى التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم، والكشف عن درجة اختلاف تأثير البرنامج التربوي القائم على استخدام الكمبيوتر والبرنامج التقليدي في تنمية بعض المهارات اللغوية لدى التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم باختلاف متغير النوع (ذكور/ إناث)، وطبق هذا البحث على عينة مكونة من (٢٦) تلميذ وتلميذه من تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وتكونت المجموعة التجريبية الأولى (التي درست باستخدام البرنامج الكمبيوتري) من (١٣) تلميذ وتلميذه بواقع (٦) ذكور وعدد (٧) إناث، في حين تكونت المجموعة التجريبية الثانية (التي درست باستخدام البرنامج التقليدي) من (13) تلميذ و تلميذة بواقع (٥) ذكور وعدد (٨) إناث. واستخدم الباحث اختبار المهارات اللغوية وبرنامج تربوي قائم على استخدام الكمبيوتر، وبرنامج تربوي تقليدي جميعهم من (إعداد/ الباحث)، وفي التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات اعتمد الباحث على اختبار مان ويتني Mann-Whitney- u Test، واختبار "ويلكوكسون" Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test، وحجم التأثير مربع إيتا ((a2 وكشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الأولى (التي درست باستخدام البرنامج الكمبيوتري) والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية (التي درست باستخدام البرنامج التقليدي) في القياس البعدي لبعض المهارات اللغوية ومجموعها الكلي لصالح تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الأولى، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية الأولى المجموعة التجريبية الثانية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لبعض المهارات اللغوية ومجموعها الكلي لصالح القياس البعدي، كذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات ذكور وإناث المجموعة التجريبية الأولى في القياس البعدي لبعض المهارات اللغوية ومجموعها الكلي لصالح الإناث، في حين لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات ذكور وإناث المجموعة التجريبية الثانية في القياس البعدي لبعض المهارات اللغوية ومجموعها الكلي. وأوصي الباحث بالاهتمام بتقديم المزيد من البرامج التي تهدف لتنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى المعاقين من ذوي صعوبات التعلم، والاستفادة من أدوات والوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة التي تعزز فرص دمج الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

This research aims to identify the impact of educational program based on the use of computers and traditional educational program in the development of some language skills among students with learning difficulties, and the disclosure of the degree of difference in the effect of educational program based on the use of computer and traditional program in the development of some language skills among students with learning disabilities of altered variable gender (male / female), and from the fifth grade of primary with learning difficulties, and the first experimental group consisted of (studied using computerized program) (13) male and female pupils by (6) the number of males and (7) females, while the second the experimental group consisted of (studied using traditional program) (13) male and female pupils by (5) the number of males and 8 females. The researcher used the language skills test and educational program based on the use of the computer, and the traditional educational program all by(researcher) , and in the statistical analysis of the data researcher relied on the Mann-Whitney- U Test, " Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and size Impact square ETA (η2). The search revealed a statistically significant differences between the averages Order degrees of the first experimental group (the results of which were taught using a computerized program) trial and the second group (studied using traditional program) in telemetric for some language skills and overall total for the benefit of students of the first experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences among the middle ranks grades of the first experimental group second experimental group in the two measurements pre and post some language skills and overall total for the benefit of the dimensional measurement, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages Order degrees males and females of the experimental group the first in the telemetric for some language skills and overall whole in favor of females, While there are no statistically significant differences between the averages Order degrees males and females in the second experimental group telemetric for some language skills and overall total. I recommend researcher worthwhile to offer more programs that aim to develop the life skills of the disabled with learning difficulties, and take advantage of the tools of modern technological means that promote the integration of children with special needs opportunities.
