|a تعتبر الثقافة التنظيمية نسق فرعي من النسق الكلي للمؤسسة ومن خلال تكامل مجموعة الأنساق الفرعية تعطي التنظيم الهوية المتميزة على باقي التنظيمات المختلفة ومن بين أهم الاختلاف بين منظمة وأخرى هو تبني كل منظمة ثقافة خاصة بها من خلال تشكيل هذه الثقافة حسب استراتيجيات المنظمة وقدرة الإدارة العليا على غرس بعض القيم التي تؤثر في سلوك أفرادها بالنحو الذي يخدم سياسات هذه المنظمة وسوف نتطرق في هذا المقال إلى مفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية وخصائصها ومكوناتهما وأهم العوامل المحددة لها

|f The organizational culture is considered as a sub-form of the overall structure of the institution and through the integration of the subsystem, the organization gives the distinct identity over the other different organizations. Among the most important differences between one organization and another is the adoption of each organization's own culture by forming this culture according to the strategies of the organization and the ability of senior management to inculcate certain values that affect the behavior of its members in a way that serves the policies of this organization.
