المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية على مستويات التذكر والفهم والتطبيق والدرجة الكلية للاختبار التحصيلي البعدي في مادة اللغة الإنجليزية للطلاب الصم بالمرحلة الثانوية. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من 40 طالبا يمثلون كل الطلاب الدراسين ببرنامج فصول الأمل بثانوية موسى بن نصير بمدينة الرياض، وتم اختيار عينة قصدية تتكون من طلاب الصف الثاني الثانوي في البرنامج وعددهم 10 طلاب تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متكافئتين ضابطة وتجريبية، وتكون أدوات الدراسة من اختبار تحصيلي قبلي وبعدي وتطبيق المدرب اللغوي لتعليم اللغة الإنجليزية، وطبقت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي في هذه الدراسة، وتم تدريس المجموعة الضابطة الوحدة التعليمية في مادة اللغة الإنجليزية بالطريقة التقليدية، أما المجموعة التجريبية فقد تم تدريسها باستخدام تطبيق المدرب اللغوي بواسطة أجهزة الهواتف الذكية والأجهزة اللوحية، وبعد معالجة البيانات بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في مستويات التذكر والفهم والتطبيق والدرجة الكلية في الاختبار البعدي في مادة اللغة الإنجليزية عند مستوى 0.01 لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات، من أهمها التوسع في استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية في تعليم الطلاب الصم، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات الخاصة بتأثير التقنية ومستجداتها على التحصيل الدراسي للطلاب الصم في مادة اللغة الإنجليزية أو غيرها من المواد الدراسية الأخرى.

This study aimed to determine the impact of the use of smart phone applications on the levels of remembering, understanding and application of the total score for the test dimensional learning in English language Students deaf high school, and after briefing researcher on several studies related to the subject matter has formulated a number of hypotheses zero for the purpose of validation, and provided these assumptions that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of Order degrees experimental and control groups in the levels of remembering, understanding and application class college as measured by the test dimensional learning material in English I have deaf high school students, and may be study population consisted of 40 students representing all students studying at the Musa Bin Naseer high school for deaf and mute students in Riyadh in the first semester of the academic year 1434-1435 AH, were selected sample deliberate consists of a second-grade students in secondary program and the 10 students were divided into two equal control and experimental groups, and formed study tools of pretest achievement and application manager language to teach English and achievement pre and post settings, and applied researcher semi- experimental in this study based on the design, pre and post the two groups was taught the control group Module for English language in the traditional manner, while the experimental group was taught using the application manager linguistic by smart phones and tablet devices, and after processing the data in ways appropriate statistical researcher found a set of results reject the hypothesis of zero to study and accept the alternative hypothesis is that it There were statistically significant differences between the mean Order degrees of experimental and control groups in the levels of remembering, understanding and application, and the total score as measured by the test posttest in the English language with deaf students at secondary schools at the level of 0.01 in favor of the experimental group may be due to the use of smart phone applications, and it came out a researcher with many of the most important recommendations of the need to expand the use of smart phone applications in the education of deaf students, and conduct further studies on the impact of technology and new trends on academic achievement for deaf students in the English language or other subjects.
