المستخلص: The effectiveness of using reflective inquiry strategy in the development and of parsing skill among third intermediate students and their attitude towards this skill in Riyadh city Prepared by Dr. Muhammad Bin Shodyid Al-Beshri Associate professor of Curriculum and Instruction Department Imam Muhammad Bin Saud University This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using reflective inquiry strategy in the development and of parsing skill among third intermediate students and their attitude towards this skill in Riyadh city . The sample of the study consisted of ( 44 ) third intermediate students distributed to experimental group taught by using reflective inquiry strategy and control group taught by the traditional method . The study used two instruments a test to measure parsing skill among those students and a questionnaire to measure students' attitudes towards parsing. The data of the study were statistically treated after the administration of these instruments . The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the students mean scores in parsing test in favor of the experimental group , while there were no statistical significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of both groups in post-administration of Attitudes Toward Parsing Scale. The study recommended the use of reflective inquiry strategy in teaching grammatical functions for its positive effect in the development of parsing skill among students, and teaching Arabic language teachers to use this strategy. Also, the study recommended the need for developing students attitudes toward parsing, and adjusting negative ones.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية الاستقصاء التأملي في تنمية مهارة الإعراب والاتجاه نحوه لدى طلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط في مدينة الرياض. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (44) طالبا من طلاب الصف الثالث المتوسط وزعوا على مجموعتين المجموعة الأولى تجريبية درست باستخدام استراتيجية الاستقصاء التأملي، والمجموعة الثانية ضابطة درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية، وقد استخدم في الدراسة أداتان الأولى اختبار لقياس مهارة الإعراب لدى الطلاب والثانية استبانة لقياس اتجاههم نحوه. وبعد الانتهاء من التطبيق عولجت البيانات إحصائيا، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0,05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجات الطلاب في اختبار مهارة الإعراب لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، في حين لم تظهر فروق ذات دالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس الاتجاه نحو الإعراب. وأوصت الدراسة باستخدام استراتيجية الاستقصاء التأملي في تدريس الوظائف النحوية؛ لما لها من أثر إيجابي في تنمية مهارة الإعراب لدى الطلاب، وتدريب معلمي اللغة العربية على استخدامها، كما أوصت بضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية اتجاهات الطلاب نحو الإعراب، والعمل على تعديل السلبي منها.
