|a تعتبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من أهم المتغيرات التي شهدتها الساحة الدولية في الفترة الأخيرة والتي أثرت بشكل مباشر على المؤسسات البنكية والمالية؛ محدثة تغيرات جذريه في العمل المصرفي من خلال تحوله من الممارسات التقليدية إلى الممارسات الإلكترونية؛ لذا فإن استمرارية البنك في الوقت الحالي أصبحت مرهونة بقدرته على تطوير بنيته التحتية يما يتماشى والتطورات التكنولوجية المتسارعة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتأثيراتها على النشاط البنكي بصفة عامة، وصولا إلى تحديد انعكاساتها على النظام البنكي الجزائري.
