المستخلص: استهدف هذه البحث قياس فاعلية وحدات تعليمية مقترحة قائمة على الثقافة العربية في تنمية مهارتي التحدث والكتابة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحثان بإعداد ثلاث وحدات تعليمية تحتوي نصوصا إثرائية ذات مضمون ثقافي، بالإضافة إلى تمارين وتدريبات على مهارتي التحدث والكتابة ، كما اعد الباحثان اختبارين : الأول لقياس مهارة التحدث ، والثاني لقياس مهارة الكتابة ، ولتقدير أداء المتعلمين في الاختبارين السابقين ، أعد الباحثان سلم تقدير لمهارات التحدث وآخر لمهارات الكتابة ، واعدا دليلا لمعلم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها ، الذي سيطبق هذه الوحدات التعليمية المقترحة متأملا من ذلك أن يكون مرشدا وموردا له في تخطيط وإعداد الدروس وتنفيذها . حيث ضمنت صفحاته مجموعة من العناصر التي يعتقد أنها تمثل ابرز جوانب الموقف التعليمي التعلمي ، ومثل مجتمع البحث مجموعة من طلبة شعبة تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في معهد اللغات في الجامعة الأردنية في المستوى المتقدم بلغ عددهم (49 ) طالبا وطالبة من مختلف الجنسيات مقسمين إلى مجموعتين : الأولى تجريبية درست بالوحدات التعليمية المقترحة عددها ( 24) والثانية ضابطة درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية المتبعة في معهد اللغات شعبة تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في الجامعة الأردنية وعددها ( 25 ) ، واعتمد الباحثان في بحثهما على المنهجين الوصفي وشبه التجريبي؛ الوصفي استخدماه في الإطار النظري ، والدراسات العربية والأجنبية المتعلقة بالبحث ، وشبه التجريبي في اختيار التصميم المناسب للبحث وتنفيذه لضبط متغيرات البحث، المتغير المستقل ( الوحدات التعليمية المقترحة القائمة على الثقافة العربية ) في المتغيرين التابعين ( مهارة التحدث ، ومهارة الكتابة ) وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى إثبات فاعلية الوحدات التعليمية المقترحة القائمة على الثقافة العربية في تنمية مهارتي التحدث والكتابة لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في الأردن ( أفراد البحث )

The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of proposed educational units based on Arabic culture in developing the skills of speaking and writing among the non-native Arabic learners, and to achieve this goal, the researchers prepared three educational units containing enriching texts with cultural content, in addition to exercises and practices on the skills of speaking and writing, the researchers prepared two tests: the first to measure speaking skills, the second to measure writing skills, and to assess the performance of learners in the previous two tests, the researchers prepared a ladder of measuring the skills of speaking and other the skills of writing. And they prepared a guide for the Arabic language teacher of non-native Arabic speakers, who will apply these proposed units, hoping to be a mentor and resource in planning and preparing lessons and implementing it. Where the pages included a set of elements that are believed to represent the most important aspects of the educational learning situation, the research community represented a group of students from the Department of Arabic Language Teaching for non-native speakers at the Institute of Languages at the University of Jordan at the advanced level, their number reached to (49) students of different nationalities divided into two groups: The first experimental group studied the proposed educational units number having (24) and the second which was a control group that studied in the usual manner followed by the Department of Arabic Language Teaching for non-native speakers at the Institute of Languages at the University of Jordan (25). The researchers relied on the descriptive and semi-experimental methods. They used the descriptive in the theoretical framework and Arab and foreign studies related to research and semi-experimental in choosing the appropriate design for research, and its implementation to control the research variables, the independent variable (the proposed educational units based on the Arab culture) in the two dependent variables (speaking skill, writing skill). The results of the research showed that the proposed educational units based on Arab culture were effective in developing the skills of speaking and writing among non-native Arabic speaking learners in Jordan (members of research)
