|f The objective of the current research is to describe and analyze the concept of administrative empowerment, and knowing and understanding of its basic dimensions. As well as monitoring and determining the steps of its application. In addition to identifying the benefits of administrative empowerment application to the educational institutions. The research used the descriptive approach. The results confirmed the relation between the empowerment application and the performance of administrative leaders. It represents one of the modern administrative trends through which we can provide opportunities for the professional self-growth which is based on providing full authorities in order to make administrative practicing leadership in addition to the existence of a large degree of freedom in the application of new administrative and leadership methods, which resulted in the accumulation of professional experience of the administrative leaders. This trend also represents lifeline for the contemporary and the future institutions that enables them to exploit their human resources in a way that harnesses all the energies, efforts and creativity of their workers to develop and achieve their objectives. In addition to the material benefit, it provides its employees with a sense of security, affiliation and motivation towards the service of the Organization and striving to maintain it at the forefront of its competitors. |e هدف البحث الحالي إلى وصف وتحليل مفهوم التمكين الإداري. ومعرفة وفهم أبعاده الأساسية. وكذلك رصد وتحديد خطوات تطبيقه. بالإضافة إلى تحديد الفوائد التي تعود على مؤسسات التعليم من تطبيق التمكين الإداري. وأستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وجاءت النتائج مؤكده على ارتباط عمل التمكين بأداء القيادات الإدارية. حيث يمثل أحد الاتجاهات الإدارية الحديثة التي يمكن من خلالها توفير فرص النمو المهني الذاتي القائم على إعطاء صلاحيات كاملة لكي تمارس القيادات الإدارية سلطاتها بالإضافة إلى وجود قدر كبير من الحرية في تطبيق أساليب إدارية وقيادية جديدة بما يعود بتراكم الخبرات المهنية للقيادات الإدارية. كما أن هذا الاتجاه يشكل للمؤسسات المعاصرة والمستقبلية طوق نجاة والذي يمكنها من استغلال مواردها البشرية بالشكل الذي يسخر لها كل طاقات وجهد وإبداعات عامليها ليصب ذلك في تطوير وتحقيق أهدافها. وكذلك تحقق إضافة إلى الاستفادة المادية أنها تتيح لعامليها الشعور بالأمن والانتماء والحافز نحو خدمة المنظمة والسعي الحثيث على الحفاظ عليها في مقدمة المتنافسين معها. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
