520 |b The objective of this study is to investigate the students' perception about the role of Language Use course in developing fluency and communicative skills in English among Q.O.U. students- Jenin Branch according to gender variable and the face to face lectures the students attended. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive method was used and the study applied to a sample of (92) students who study Language Use in the first semester in the academic year (2013-2014). A questionnaire consisted of (32) items was used to collect the data and distributed on three aspects; the behavioral, cognitive, and the emotional one. The questionnaire validity and certainty was examined and have achieved a certainty degree (0.87 ). After collecting and analyzing the data, it was found that the degree of the role of the course was big, at the mean of (4.16) and the best role of the course was in the emotional aspect, followed by the behavioral aspect, then comes the cognitive aspect. And it is observed that there is difference at (a 0.05) in the degree of the role of Language Use in developing fluency and communicative skills in English that relates to gender variable on the whole role of the course and on the role of the course concerning the emotional aspect in favor of female, while there was no significant difference at (a 0.05) that relates to the number of face to face lectures the students attended
