يهدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية معارف معلمات رياض الأطفال حول نظرية الذكاءات المتعددة واستراتيجيات تدريسها وطرق قياسها واتجاهاتهن حولها، وبلغت عينة البحث (25) معلمة رياض الأطفال، وأعدت الباحثتان برنامجا تدريبيا قائما على نظرية الذكاءات المتعددة واستراتيجيات تدريسها وطرق قياسها، مستخدمتان المنهج التجريبي للعينة الواحدة وذلك لمعرفة فاعليتها، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث على العينة قبل وبعد التجربة وأدوات البحث هي: اختبار للتحصيل المعرفي ومقياس للاتجاه نحو نظرية الذكاءات المتعددة واستراتيجيات تدريسها وطرق قياسها، وتم حساب صدق المحكمين لأداتي الدراسة وبلغت نسبة التحكيم للعبارات أكثر من ٨٠% وقد تم تعديل العبارات وفق نتائج التحكيم، وبلغت قيمة معاملات الثبات باستخدام الفاكرونباخ لأداتي البحث على التوالي (0.78 ، 0.81)، وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية دلت نتائج البحث على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية معارف معلمات رياض الأطفال حول نظرية الذكاءات المتعددة واتجاهاتهن حولها، وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن قيمة مربع إيتا لاختبار التحصيل المعرفي ومقياس الاتجاه بلغ (0.78)، (0.82) على التوالي وهي قيم مرتفعة تدل على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي، ومن أهم توصيات للبحث، تزويد المعلمين في جميع المراحل التعليمية بنظرية الذكاءات المتعددة واستراتيجيات تدريسها وطرق قياسها لتقابل خصائص الذكاءات المتعددة لدى طلابهم في الحقل التدريسي.
The research aims to measure the effectiveness of a training program for the development of knowledge and attitudes of kindergarten teachers about multiple intelligences theory, its teaching strategies and methods of measurement. The research sample includes (25) kindergarten teachers. The researchers set a training program based on multiple intelligences theory, its teaching strategies and methods of measurement. The researchers use experimental method per sample in order to find out its effectiveness. Research tools has been applied to the sample before and after the experiment. Research tools include: a test for cognitive achievement and Attitude scale towards multiple intelligences theory, its teaching strategies and methods of measurement. Arbitration honesty has been calculated for the study tools. Arbitration percentage is more than 80% and according to arbitration results, the expressions have been modified. The value of reliability coefficients using Alpha Cronbach of research tools is respectively (0.78, 0.81). After statistical processes, research results prove the effectiveness of the training program on cognitive achievement and Attitude scale towards multiple intelligences theory. Research results indicate that the value of the square ETA of the cognitive achievement and attitude test is (0.78), (0.82), respectively, which are considered high refluxing the effectiveness of the training program. The most important recommendation of the research is to provide teachers from different levels of education with the multiple intelligences theory, its teaching strategies and methods of measurement to meet the students' multiple intelligences in the field of teaching.
